Pantech 210

A year ago i had 2 verizon phones, a samsung a650 and a pantech 210. I got cricket to except the esn on both phones. Then i OTA flashed both the phones. The samsung worked and the panteh did not work. It kept going to verizon. The pantech was a prepaid phone and i was told that verizon locks prepaid phones for 6 months.
Now its been a year, will OTA work on the pantech? or is it just the older verizon phones that support OTA programming?

the phone does'nt unlock itself u still need to get the spc code. u can use bitpim for that.

its a verizon phone. the spc should be 000000

My samsung a 650 was a prepaid phone too, but it was not in a prepaid package, i paid full retail for it. So i guess it was like a post paid phone. Could that be the reason why it wasnt locked? Also this might be a durab qeuestion to you, but what is bitpim? and do you use it? Thanks for listening!
