I've had this problem before, it doesn't happen often but when it does it is crippling and scary.
Okay, I always thought these were panic attacks, it tends to happen more often when I'm tired or haven't slept well. Basically I get just really lost emotional feeling, then I start feeling confused and scared. After a few minutes I am usually collapsed, kind of "twitchy" and shaking. I tend to have a hard time breathing with this. Then I forget where I am, what I was doing...usually lose track of pretend decent lengths of time (sometimes hours) and when I come out of it I am so terrified, can't think straight, lightheaded, balance is off.
Like I said I used to just think they were panic attacks, but my friend was with me when I went through this today and thought it seemed like a seizure.
I don't know, I'm not super worried I don't have them that often, except the thought of having it while doing something where I could get hurt or hurt someone frightens me a bit.
What do you think?
