Panic attack??

Hi everyone..I've been taking Lexapro for 2 weeks. Last night I took my 14th pill and a couple hours later, I started to feel irritable, my body was tingly, I couldn't even feel my heart beating, and I felt pressure in my face... this lasted almost 3 hours.. off and on.. I'm wondering if this was a panic attack or what because I've never felt this way before.. Has anyone ever felt this way or is it just me.. Thank you all for your input..:confused:
 
this is how i feel on a daily basis because of panic.. without meRAB.. but, i am also on lexapro and have found that symptom to be a little worse.. thats why i'm going back to paxil. sorry i'm not a help, but just letting you know i feel all that too. lately i have been feeling REAL spacy. like i'm floating, especially at night trying to sleep. do you get this?? along with the chills like i have flu or something.. weird..
 
You are a help.. I know I'm not alone.. Yes, I do feel all floaty when I lay down to go to bed.. It's weird.. Lexapro is supposed to take awhile to work, but I think you feel worse before feeling better.. My doctor just prescribed me Xanax .5mg I'm nervous to take those, but they are only as needed.. Like the way I felt last night.. Hopefully it won't be too often.. Thanks for responding..
