I awoke at 4;00AM IN A COMPLETE PANIC. I had the stiff feeling in my body. It felt hard to open eyes. Hot flashes or surges that go through body, I had fast beating heart, I was pacing from room to room. I was not able to sit. My eyes also dialated huge. It was crazy. I took a xanax and managed to calm down but it really scared me. I am on przac 10mg and xanax as needed. Has anyone experienced this and please share your experience. I am dreading going to sleep tonight.
I was also having a very bad dream that I remeraber and I was sweating real bad when I woke up. I almost felt paralysed. It took a few minutes to be able to move my body??????kw
