my boyfriend has a pain in his chest. its on the left side near the armpit. on march 27th he almost passed out. when i took him to his bed he was shaking really bad and breathing hard. his chest pain got so bad his body would twitch. his vision also got blury. all of a sudden 45 minutes or so later he was completely fine. his chest still hurts once in a while but nothing to bad. i'm not sure if it was a panic attack or not. need help please.the other thing is that he's from Brazil and he just came to visit so we can't take him to the doctors.
