I have been calling successfully a phone number from the phone book for using calling card w pin number (a total of 20 digits) and yesterday the wireless phone just dialed the first 10 digits local access number but refuse to continue with the remaining access code pin number; the calling card company asked for my access number to I was able to reach the local access.
Please advise how to make the phone dial the whole 20 digits so that I don't have to dial the pin separately.
