Panasonic Viera blinking LED?

Hi, i am having a problem with my panasonic viera, which has been turning off randomly and the the power LED light starts blinking. I have already tried connecting the TV to another outlet and still doesn't work. Is there anything I can myself or would anyone know where i could take it to get repaired around 33327 zip-code
