everytime i plug in my video camera and click *pc connect*, then *hdd copy* the panosonic video software comes up like its suppose to but when i click on to open the program, this screen comes up... "runtime error, abnormal program termination" and exits the whole thing....help? do i need to upgrade it? and how?
