Panasonic TM700 Help Needed?

Hi
I am hoping to buy a Panasonic TM700 full HD camcorder. I have a few questions that I need answering.
1. After filming in full HD can I edit footage on any editing software like Windows Movie Maker
2. Can I put HD footage onto a normal DVD disc if not why
3. Can I use any computor to put my HD file formats on
