Hi, umm, my parents are having a small problem with their TV..well its pretty new, bought in either late December or early January, I think...anyways the problem is that the TV shows are like in this big zoom, like...like, you know when you put a magnifying glass to a mirror to look at yourself in a bigger screen? Yeah, thats how it looks. And they constantly nag me to fix it, and I've tried everything, even restoring the damned thing to factory settings, and I have no idea how the TV got into this format. I've tried reducing picture aspects, formatting it, etc but nothing! I'm uber angry at it and just wanna smash the remote into it. So what should I do to fix this zoomed problem [and don't say zooming out, I've tried =.=]
