panasonic question in how to remove a red and green dot from my screen tv?

I have a 64 inch panasonic screen tv. When the tv is on there is 1 red dot light and 1 green dot light in the picture screen can you please tell me what I need to do to get rid of these dots. The dots look like mabey it might be a light bulb that may be needing to be replace from the back of the tv but I do not want to touch anything until I am sure this is the problems. Thanks
