Panasonic phone help?

i need some help. i have a panasonic phone and it says "check tel line 1 & 2" idk what to do but since it says this its not letting me get any calls or make any how do i fix this problem i need help i called panasonic and there taking way to long and i dont have any phone to get help. wat should i do? is there a panasonic professional out there? i need help!!!!!!
