Panasonic Lumix FT2 / TS2. Whos had Leakage ?

Im considering on purchasing the amazing Lumix Ft2 / TS2 <whatever its called, but am not entirely convinced that its fully waterproof.
Its rated 9/10 among users and testers, and is tough and durable, which suits me as i drop my things often...but again is it waterproof.
Im going to bali in 4 months and i want something thats going to be strong and efficient to take my photos, but yet also have great sharp pictures. I was thinking of only using it no less that 1M in non-salted water (as salt water corrodes), probably in swimming pools and at waterbom park. I already have a waterproof camera so i will use that if i go deeper<hence getting another one as this is HUGE!
has anyone else had any problems in a story similar to mine. I read that some seals leak and then %^ck up your battery and insides alltogether, and to lessen the chance syou have to apply a grease (vaseline) around the seals everytime you wanna get an underwater shot
Any personal experiences shares will be appreciated. Also if i purchase from a shop like harvey normans will they replace it if it does leak and stuff up??
