Can you use zoom while shooting a movie with Lumix DMC-TS10. If not, which would be a digital camera around $200-$250 that would zoom in/out in video mode?

Actually most p&s digital still cameras can not use zoom function WHILE recording a movie. I am looking for the ones that can.
