...to reach specific line.? I have 7 KX-T7630 phones on one line and would like for callers to hear a voice message first listing extension numbers so that they can reach the specific line they want to reach then only one phone will ring with an incoming call.
 
You need either a message card, or voice mail acting as an auto attendant. Your Panasonic dealer will tell you what you have and how to set it up.
