Panasonic DMC-FT2 buttons won't work, anyone help?

I used my camera in the water today, but it only went under max 30cm, all the open things were 100% locked, I double checked plenty of time,
Now the buttons won't seem to work, the ones on top does... Like it turns on...
But the buttons next to the screen dont.
PLEASE help, I'm overseas at the moment and I need my camera!!
