I have a panasonic camera (model no. nv-gs17) and when i went on holiday i took loads of video on tapes that came with the camera, i would like to put the recording on my laptop but when i try it says there are no pictures on the camera. I can view the video but i just cant transfer it onto my laptop ! i asked one of my mums friends who has the same kind of camera and she can transfer hers onto the laptop, she says as i can view it on my laptop i should be able to transfer it onto there aswell and maybe there is just some software i just neednto download but i can not find any anywhere please help !!
