Ok so I have this Intuos4 wacom tablet and I have had it for quite some time now.
But as of recently I now have photoshop cs4 but whenever I try to use the pan/scroll
on it, it comes out all slow and choppy. Like my pen for the tablet has a button on
it that I have set to pan/scroll when i push it and move it across the tablet.
But it's not working. Like I said it's all slow and choppy and you can see it skip
pixels. Usually when using the pan/scroll the cursor turns into the hand to
pan/scroll. But now it doesnt do that too. It works fine on my old Photoshop
elements 8.0 but not on cs4. HELP ME. its bugging the heck out of me
because it's not working right and sometimes i cant scroll at all.
