Pan frying fish, is it just as worse as deep frying?

I love the crispiness of tilapia fish, so, I pan fry with a little bit oil just to cover the bottom of the pan with a thin, light coat of flour. So thin it's transparent.

1. How different/bad it this cooking method from baking?
a. Or deep frying?

2. Is pan frying without flour just as bad?


Lately, I've been eating fish about 4 times a week. Is this good? I love!
