Soooo....I was looking at some old threaRAB and what not and I found out about Palringo. My Mobile IM does not work on my voyager...but my browser does. I really would like my I\AIM to work on the phone someway some how. When I go to the Palringo website and try to download it from my browser it does not do anything, it only like "Refreshes" the page.

Does ANYONE know how I can get AIM on my voyager that I LOOOVVEEEE so much without having to get verizon prepay...

Thanks in advanced.... :buddies:

the palringo program is for winmo phones which means even oif u did get it installed it will brick your phone.... my only suggestion is ebuddy.com

I thought there was a Palringo that worked on phones outside of WM. Could be wrong though, could you just get online on a site like meebo.com I know it's a pain but it's better then nothing.

You are correct sir. they have a Java version but i don't know if that is what he neeRAB for the Voyager. I didn't mention it because its still in the alpha testing last i looked at the Palrigno Forums.

chibiluz05: point your mobile browser to http://www.palringo.mobi and download the latest Java version...i hope all goes well. If anyone does test out the Java Version let us know your results. One way to helping out the community.

I take that back...won't work for your Voyager...its brew capable but i don't think its set-up for the Voyager...my bad...when looking for the device it only shows the vx9900...thats why i love WM...LOL

Don't give up...some where out there is a program for that for you 8p

Once again Sorry for the unneccessary posts

My vx9900 tutorial has a paramtable1.fil file that you can download: It has the address to an eBuddy Mobile gateway that you can browse with the Voyager. Don't load it to your Voyager, though--just dissect it using a hex editor and you're on your way!

Whatever that means..... Thanks anyways....I'll direct this message to the guy that flashed my phone maybe he will understand it...

Yeah I tried that...and it doesnt work all that happens is the phone kinda "freshes" the same download page but doesnt actually download. :(

I found one that works!!!! :clapping:

The thing is you have to do it from your browser...but all the other ones I tried including the specific IM's website (yahoo, AIM) didnt do it...

Maybe someone already had used this service before but anyways here it is...

hopefully it is useful 2 other also....

on the phone browser go to...

www.m.heysan.com

and you choose which IM you would like to log into...it auto refreshes and everything...I used it to test it out and it worked just fine...
