I have had my TX now for just one month and have just put in my second service call in 8 days!!
When I am using the T-Mobile network, twice I have had the same problem... My device resets and loops the palm logo and Powered by Palm screens. After many hard resets, erasing data and resync'ing, the device asks to be reset, and the looping begins again.
Calling Palm (which is an issue in itself, no toll-free number and a service charge of $25...) they only told me to rename my back up folder. Now I have two old.backup and OldBackup files on my drive.
Is there any other way to get around this? Has anyone else experienced problems with the T-mobile network doing this to your palm? I am glad that I am only on their free 30-day trial and I am not paying for service that does this to my device.
