palm skin peeling alot?

i took a shower, and once i got out i realized my skin on both of my palms was peeling. i just cant help but pick at it! now its 4 days later and im still picking at it because its alot of it theres just tiny little weird shaped spots all over! im probably going to hold hands with my boyfriend soon (2-3 days) since we always hold hands. but i dont want him to feel all the dry peeled skin on my palms and it will just be like eww.
any help will be great

I have it too, You can use Vitamin E cream and eat lots of mandarins, oranges and anything with vitamin C.

my husband has dry & cracked skin in the centre of the palms of his hands....and he uses E45 cream which after a few weeks...has actually repaired the damage. he uses it everyday. it might help you too as perhaps your hands are a little too dry.
