Palm Skin peeling after shower!! (details)?

Ok so about 3 weeks ago i had a bad sunburn in florida and it took me a week to recover from it. However now i noticed that after I shower my right hand's palm's skin and finger tips starts peeling. Well it dosent peel but it gets really prunish and i just have to scratch lightly and it will peel off actually i don't even have to scratch to be honest just get my towel and dry my hands. Now i don't think it has anything to do with the sunburn it might but then again IDk thats why i am asking. I also notice that when i dry off with my towel on my biceps my skin peels a little bit but not alot.. I did get a rash from the sun on my biceps be4 and at florida from the sunburn.. Ive been told i just have really sensitive skin and that is true but this could be a fungal infection possibly. I do take long showers/ and or baths so my skin can get pruny but ive done this all my life and i never had problems with skin peeling. So i am just wondering what you guys might think it is? I will go to the doctor just in case. Also i had my legs stomach and hands tanned really bad just to let yall know
