I just upgraded from an LG Lotus to the Palm Pre. It's been over 24 hours and my wireless backup has not transferred all my contacts to my new phone yet. All contacts are still on my Lotus and all my contacts are still on my Sprint account. I have tried manually using the backup application several times and it still hasn't done anything. I took it into Radioshack and called customer service and I still can't get it to work. I also cannot get my phones to transfer the info through bluetooth. Everytime I try, it just says "sending failed." What in the world should I do?? I can't afford to lose all my contacts. Please help if you can, thank you bunches
