my 1st pre had a nice soft vibration but i recently got it replaced and this one is too loud! When its on my desk everyone hears it and it rattles..that never happened with my old pre...is there a patch or a way to fix this? i know most of the people want it louder or harder, but i prefer a soft vibrate.
