I just activated a new palm pre plus a few days ago, I primarily use it for texting and online access, so I didn't notice till yesterday that when I get or send phone calls there is no sound. I can't hear them and they can't hear me. There is no static or anything. It's as if I didn't answer the phone.
Palm Pre Plus, neither party can hear each other on phone.?
