palm pre email sync notification?

I connected my gmail to my palm pre email but not i keep getting a notification saying is the incorrect password however i still get my email...does anyone know how to fix it?

also...My school recently changed our emails and is now using OWA (Outlook Web Access) I dont know how to make it sync to my palm pre
