i do not want to pay for a data plan nor can i afford it. the palm pre looks like an amazing phone but im not sure if you can buy it on at&t without a data plan. and most of the places i go have wifi so the palm pre could connect to those. Is there a way i could buy this phone without having to pay for a data plan on at&t. if i disable the daata plan will i still be able to use it as a phone?
