Palm pixi plus vs. Droid?

well my gf is a sweet heart and added me under her plan (verizon) and we got the palm pixi plus and it's a ok phone not great by any means and she had offered me to switch this phone for the droid pro. I really like the pro but I need to know if the extra 200.00 $s is going to be worth the switch if I decide to switch them or if I should stick with the palm. And I'd always like to know the "pros" and "cons" of each phone if anyone has had a pro an palm. Thank you
