I really have become reliant on my old phone's ability to set off a text message reminder every two minutes if i have a message i haven't viewed yet. I just got the palm pixi plus a few days ago and its a lot different than any other phone i've had before. if it is possible to put a text message reminder alert on the palm pixi plus it would help me out immensely.
second, overall i want my ringtone set to vibrate only. on my old phone i went through my contacts and assigned a special ringtone to the people i talk to often, leaving my overall ringtone on vibrate. when i tried doing this on the palm pixi plus it sets the entire phone on vibrate, so my text message alerts don't sound. does anyone know a way around this?
i don't have any apps yet, but i will get some if they're needed to make these two things possible.
