palm os 4.1 to 5 or newer

Hi, I just dropped my clie sj22 with palm os 4.1 and it stopped working. Does anyone know if the info that I have backed up on my computer will work with os 5 or newer? How do I transfer it?

What you'd need to do would be to buy a new device and install the Palm desktop software that comes with it - and it should walk you through bringing over this info. The bottom line is it should all come over provided you use the same user name as the Clie.

Don't delete the clie software before updating to the new device.
