Palm Memo Organizer? Separate Folders for Memos? Possible?

Are there any such memo or notes organizer software available for the Palm OS? I am using a Palm T|X and make a lot of memos and notes. It would be helpful if I could sort them into files and access them. For example, to be able to access all the memos I have for a certain patient, Mr. Smith. And to have a file for memos related to groceries. Or all memos related to computers, and all memos related to playing soccer/teammates, etc...
 
Either that, or use an app that works with .txt files on a card and set up folders on the card. CardTXT, SiEd, and TxtMemo would do fine, and all are freeware.
