Palm Centro Voice Memo/Synchronization Help?

well, i have a question for all those palm centro users

are the voice memos supposed to transfer along with your HotSync? because i cant seem to find any on my palm desktop

how can i get my voice memos from my centro to my computer? (i've tried messaging, only works for the small ones)
