Hello. I just had a bunch of sheet metal for my tractor powdercoated. and It does not match the original paint of the actual paint over the cast iron tractor frame. IS IT POSSIBLE to scuff up the powdercoat with really smooth high grade sand paper to create a surface so that I can paint over the powdercoat? just the exterior of the sheet metal ofcourse. I would leave the interior powdercoating alone. so my final question is this. Could I scuff up the powdercoated enough to create a surface in which I could put vehicle enamel paint on top and for it to stick?
