Painting my room. Please help me pick a color?

Im painting my room a certain color but i dont know what i should pick. Im really in to the Lakers Purple and Gold. But my room is already pretty and pink, so i should go find pretty-like-girly-trendy colors. Please help me find one. Thank you.

Try Target and Walmart for ideas.
 
Personally I would go with:
- Smoke-grey walls
- Platinum and silver curtains and window shutters
- Cream and cherry red furniture and bedding
- Charcoal black tv, stereo, computer, etc.
- White, apple red, light grey artwork on the walls.
