Painting my bedroom with stripes...do I just do one wall?

So the room is small, and I want to do brown and teal-ish stripes. I was thinking of just doing the wall behind my bed, and was thinking maybe the wall across from it. But what do I do w/ the other 2 walls? Keep them white? Or do them brown or teal? Will that make it look smaller? Any suggestions would be SO appreciated!!!

I am doing the same idea for my daughters room but in pink & brown. We are only going to do the wall behind her ned & then the other walls pink. It will draw focus to your main wall. Doing one wall will look great but if you had done all it would look too busy & also make the room look clutterd & small

first of all which direction are the stripes going?
horizonatally? or vertically...?
horiztonal lines could make your wall look wider...
and vertical could make it taller...
but sometimes a pattern can be too overwhelming for a small room.
jus go ahead and do the wall behind your headboard and see how that goes...
then do the other walls turqoise...
and maybe a light color.
having too many dark colors can also make a room look smaller.
idk what shades your using or brown and turq. but try to keep that rule in mind.
