I'm planning on repainting my bedroom to get rid of this little girl pink that my parents painted it when I moved away to school. Here's the issue:
Apparently the paint my mother bought was latex based so quite a chunk of it peeled off of on of the walls so obviously just painting over it is going to leave the paint uneven. So, do I just patch over it and sand it down as if I was patching a nail hole, or do I actually have to peel that entire wall?
This is probably a stupid question, but my parents don't agree on what I'll have to do, and frankly considering the outcome of their last painting job I don't know I wanna listen to them anyway.
Thanks in advance for any help!
