Painted Inner Fairing Or Not

I have a Road Glide, so I'm not sure it matters, but I don't notice the painted inner fairing on sunny days, it's the glare from my chrome controls that bugs the hell out of me!

My Ultra came with a custom painted inner fairing from a previous owner and I didn't give it a thought until my bike was parked next to other EG's at the dealer's parking lot parties on Saturdays. Chrome forks and wheels also help to make it an eye-popper compared to others.
