Painted Inner Fairing Or Not

I'm struggling with whether to put the matching inner fairing on. I ordered it last week when I bought the bike because I thought for sure it needed it...had one on my Ultra Classic Red Hot Sunglo. However, after adding speaker trim, etc., the flat black really doesn't look too bad with the dark candy root beer...thoughts

I put a painted one on my electra Glide and what I liked was how easy it cleaned up. The stock ones getting looking crappy after a while. the painted ones clean up so nice.

Save it and put it on in a year or two. Ya will have something new to look at then.

I've never seen one that didn't look great. Even with vivid black. I say go for it.

Chrome forks and painted inner fairing are the two best looking mods you can do to a touring bike.

I have the painted inner on mine (Sunglo Red), and I get more comments on it than anything else on the bike. I like it!
