paint unable to save the print screen i guess some options?

i m not able to save the print screen please explain in detail about paint option because i think i m not able to save is there those small boxes like pencil paint if i try to save it some rectangular box coems up i want to sav e a picture (tool box colour box options please do mention i want to save this picture )
