Ok my husband just bought this oil painting last night and i know that i have seen this type of style before but i have a few questions. I am assuming that it is an older piece because the canvas in yellowing but more then that i dont now what kind of paint they used. Parts of the painting are hard and shiny and honestly it looks kinda like plastic but it is so smooth to the touch.
does anyone know what kind of paint that would be? and how i can find out if it is oil or acrylic or both? thanks!!
