paint strip off,bought a paint pen from toyota,problem after ( PIC INCLUDED )?

the paint strip off and i bought a paint pen from toyota ( $10 )

after i repaint the stripped part i let it dry for a week already
but the result is not that good for me

the surface is not smooth and its so obvious, how can i make it smooth? clay? buff ? or other things?
 
Just not much you can do when you touch up paint like that. Sorry.

No clay or buffing is going to make it right, the only thing you can do is have a paint shop paint it.
