I have a fairly new PC, around 2010 or so. The paint program on here is different than the ones on the older computers. I want to merge 2 pictures together and make it seem like its one, but I dont know how to do it on this one. In the older one, there was an option to make the background of the picture transparent or as it was when copy&pasted! Can anyone help me?
