pain under left breast

hi, i have been ill with the flu for a few weeks and recently started getting this pain under my left breast more towards the back. i don't know if it is related to the flu but it is very uncomfortable and i feel like i might have a heart attack. i am 27 and slightly overweight. the doctors around my area suck and i just wanted to see if anyone else has had the same problem and knows what this could be? thanks
 
It could be muscle strain, can you think of anything that you could have done that would have caused it?

Also could be anxiety does the pain come on when you a re stressed of worried about something???
 
yes i think it might be muscle pain from a lot of coughing, i had really bad anxiety attacks when i was younger and have sum what learned how to deal with it. i did see a doctor today and she seems to think that it is muscle related as well, so time will tell.....
