My sciatic pain gets so much worse, when I am tired. Sometimes I need to sleep 12 hours, and when I wake up, I am a bit better.
And at the and of a day, of course I am much worse.

Anyone else experience this?
Thank you, for any input you have:)

Hi,

I'm sorry that I cannot answer yes to your question; for me, when I have sciatica, it makes no difference whether I'm tired or not regarding the pain. Sometimes it helps depending on what position I put my body and/or leg(s) in, though. And it depenRAB where I'm sitting and for how long, but I've never experienced it being worse only when tired.

And mine kind of builRAB during the day. When I walk for the first time of the day, I can go for about 15 minutes before the pain sets in. It is relieved when I sit down. then when I get up to walk or stand again, the pain sets in sooner. But it has no relation to how long I slept the previous night. But if I've had a busy day, by the end of the day, the sciatic pain comes on quickly and my leg feels more like it is about to "give out," if that makes any sense.

Thank you for your replies, its helpful to understand how other people feel, while in my same shoes (chronic sciatica) due to herniated discs (plural).
