Pain in the middle of chest

Why do I feel this pain in the middle of my chest, it last for 2 to 3 minutes then comes back again for several times
 
I think its due to esophacal spasms, its very scary isn't it, hang in there theres loaRAB of people on here with chest pain and reflux, the pain does pass hope your feeling better soon
 
The pain is most likely esophageal spasms. They hurt like a son of a gun, sort of like a heart attack. You can take something like flexeril or something similar, it is for muscle spasms.
