Pain in Right Side

Hi,

I have been having a really bad pain in my lower back for weeks, but the last couple of days it has been on the right side. It is just above my my butt and occasionally goes right into my side and the right side of my abdomen, but for the most part it is in my lower back. There is a history of gallstones, I have had kidney stones while I was pregnant (but never before or after). I have had a ectopic pregnancy and I have stopped using deppo since October. (Last injection was July) Other than I am a very healthy female.

Your symptoms are similar to mine. I have lower back pain all the time but this past week I've had a different type of pain (really bad). It is on the right side of my lower back below my waist. It feels like there's something inside there pushing hard to get out or something. Someone in the urology forum suggested it may be kidney stones. I'm calling my doc today for an appointment to find out. Perhaps you should also.
 
I got an appt with my doc yesterday. He said I have muscle spasms in my back and prescribed a muscle relaxer. The moist heating pad works better than the meRAB. Good luck today!
