I'm going thru the, pain in the right side of stomach, acid, nausea, unexplained weight loss, trouble swallowing, my stomach often feels like their is something rotten in it. The list goes on. I've had every test know to man on everything. They all come back negative. Even the h pylori. They are going to do the mri's next. They doc said, shes not buying...the h pylori test being negative and wants it done again. I think shes right. I've started treating it myself ( for now) with probiotics and antioxidants. As soon as i started taking the probiotics...within a couple of days i felt much better...within a week, i started put weight back on. I havent had any reflux either. I feel great. Not just better...but great. I've been going thru this for 2 years...and its the first time i feel normal. Also, using what is called ' marshmallow root ' will coat the lining of the stomach until the inflamation heals. It works. I'm still following thru with the docs...but, i'm 100% convinced that h pylori is the problem. And the probiotics is what is making the difference.
