Hey, ive had pain in my lower left abdomen for about 48 hours now. it started in my lower back and then moved to lower abdomen. it is sometimes in my upper left abdomen too. it feels better when i stand up. sometimes the pain is aching and sometimes more stabbing. i haven't noticed any blood in urine or have a fever or anything like that. i went to the walk in clinic and they did a CT scan, urine sample and blood tests. all came back normal except for showing schmorl's nodes but that seems unrelated. this pain is quite annoying and really creating a lot of anxiety for me as i am a hypochondriac. i was wondering if anyone knows what could possibly be causing this. thanks!
