I was really active before my gall bladder removal and shortly before that I was in a car accident and couldn't do much. Regular amounts of physical activity don't cause me problems, but if I get more exercise than I usually do over a couple of days, the third day I start to feel very sick. I never had any issues before, is this from having my gall bladder taken out? I couldn't find anything about exercise causing a person to feel ill or have stomach pains after gall bladder removal. I'm not doing any hard core or stressful workouts, it's mostly when I'm walking or jogging for 4+ hours a day and I know that that isn't very much exercise, I used to swim 200 laps a day to keep in shape. Is there something I can do to help with this? It's starting to interfere with almost anything I do for fun at this point as I have to stop and take long breaks that I used to not need any time I even go to the mall or something.
